1 tbsp of virgin coconut oil
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
6 small pieces of tilapia
juice from 6 limes
1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
1. Heat coconut oil in a skillet
2. put all ingredients in skillet and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning frequently and breaking up fish as it cooks
